We collect your name, business contact details, company, project inputs, calculator result, submission source, consent timestamp, and technical request metadata used to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, reproduce and review the estimate, assess project feasibility, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain an auditable record of your consent.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from submission and are then eligible for deletion, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or by law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before the request.
